Silvia Bañón (from Alicante – Spain) was proclaimed champion of the 84th Portugal International Women, an event that traditionally opens the international womens season played over four days in the golf course of Montado Golf Resort in Portugal.

Silvia Bañón (75) , who led the race from the beginning to the end , accumulated 285 Cowley blows one less than (70) and two less than the Castellón Escuriola Natalia (72) also achieved a podium finish. These three players , two of them of Valencia were the only players who managed to subdue the Montado Golf Resort.
