The Tenerife Open of the European Tour will now take place from 29th of April to 2nd of May at Costa Adeje Golf Course due to the postponement of Portugal Masters.

The Tenerife Open change of date, which will now take place the week after the Gran Canaria Lopesan Open, helps facilitate travel across continental Europe before the French Open. To complete this change the European Tour is finalizing a replacement event in other parts of Europe on April 15-18 to continue to provide a full schedule and playing opportunities for the golf professionals.

Due to this event, Costa Adeje Golf Course will be closed to the public from the 24th of April until the 2nd of May, and because of the covid restrictions, spectators will not be allowed during the tournament.
