St. Andrews Golf Club and El Plantio Golf Resort confirm their alliance
On November 9th, the partnership between St. Andrews Golf Club (Scotland) and El Plantio Golf Resort was signed.
The event took place at the official headquarters of St. Andrews Golf Club, attended by the chief executive of St. Andrews golf club, Captain David T. Edgar, the president of El Plantio Golf Resort, Manuel Ferry Sánchez and attending as exceptional witness Andrés M. Torrubia Arenas representing the Valencian Golf Federation. Those present signed the documents that ratify the partnership between the two golf clubs.

An agreement like this is the first and only one that subscribes St. Andrews Golf Club with other golf clubs in the world since its foundation, which entails creating and maintaining a close collaboration between both. For the benefit mainly of the members of St. Andrews Golf Club of Scotland and those scattered all over the world, allowing visits to the facilities of El Plantio Golf Resort and the golf courses of the Costa Blanca.
As of next March, the reservations at El Plantío golf club by members of the Scottish golf club, are already confirmed.
President Manuel Ferry, on behalf of El Plantio Golf Resort, confirms that “the alliance will be a new challenge to be able to carry out what from the first moment it has always looked for: the perfection and prosperity of one of the best golf courses of the Community Valenciana“.
