Atalaya Golf New Course
Atalaya New Course offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean and Gibraltar and is seen as one of the most natural golf courses on the coast.
Created in 1990 by Paul Krings, the New Course is set further inland, but has a similar parkland feel about it - with gently undulating fairways and large, fast greens. It would be fair to say that, in general, hazards are obvious but still manage to trap the unwary. Care is needed off the tees and the wild hitter will soon encounter difficulties..

Course conditions ok. A lot of blind tee shots. Not my favourite

There had been some early morning rain and with a few wet areas we decided to clean and place. Otherwise the course was in very good condition and very enjoyable. The last few holes seemed to be new from my memory but were interesting.. Ranger on course and field kept up. 4 hours 45 minute round. Long drive on the buggy to the first tee and back k from the 18th green.

Tees have just been over seeded and are still growing in. Greens are slow. Fairways firm. Course layout is fine

Lovely picturesque course with good greens. Well maintained. Great facilities and clubhouse .
We love playing here as it’s a flat open course so not many lost balls.
