The restaurant staff was not so attentive! Long waiting times when ordering, little understanding! Especially as there was always enough service staff available! Caddy master and golf course very good! Attentive and helpful, the course was in top condition!

Staff made us very welcome, and we’re flexible about tee times. Course was in very good shape and we enjoyed both rounds that we played on two separate days. Bar was open and snacks very good. We would certainly go back.

A fabulous old style course. The condition of the tees, fairways and green is first class. It is well worth the journey from Porto to play this truly great course. It is a real challenge off the white tees!!

A very fine course along the Atlantic coast north of Porto . Last played there 5 years ago and had forgotten how good it was. The course is in excellent condition and all staff were friendly and helpful .

An excellent links course in absolutely fantastic condition given the amount of rain over the last few days.. the greens were superb and as good as any I have played on during winter months. Pace of play was good as the course was quiet with very few other golfers seen throughout the round. The course itself is challenging but not unforgiving making it suitable for all levels of golfer. Clubs for hire were good and the pro shop staff were very helpful and courteous. The practice facilities are also superb as are the shop, restaurant and changing facilities. In summary, one of the best courses I have played and I would love to play again in the summer months. Also nice sea views as a bonus.

Lovely links course next to spectacular beach and ocean. Really well maintained fairways and greens. Quite challenging in the wind I suspect although there was glorious sunshine and no wind for us. Clubhouse is excellent with panoramic views of the sea and seating on patios to catch the rays. Good buffet-style cooked lunch. Narrow road leads for some distance through open cultivated fields of vegetables before you reach the course.

Very nice links golf Course! Narrow fairways, so sometimes one might hit the ball directly on to the beach! Greens in very good shape. It’s like putting on a fast carpet. And obviously much wind. It’s fun to play there

With gusts of over 50 km / h Estela was very hard and technically challenging, it must be a pleasure to play here without wind. The course in a very good condition and well maintained. Varied layout. The view from the clubhouse terrace is gorgeous and makes up for bad play. A place to come back.

Estela Golf Club were expecting us and were very helpful. Course has narrow fairways which made it very challenging. We had a lot of sea mist which reduced visibility and only 20 mins of sun which was a pity. Look forward to playing it again
