The restaurant of the Raimat Golf Club, in Catalonia, was recently renamed the “Country Club Restaurant” after an extensive renovation project. Now, the venue is managed by a new firm led by Tati Vilella, with chef Scott at the helm of the crew and Dani Remacha as head of the room.
Local ingredients will be used in our market food. There will be three different menu options: a daily menu, a weekend menu, and an “a la carte”.
“The space has a capacity for one hundred people as well as an event room for another one hundred and twenty, although we can reach up to four hundred diners”, says Vilella.
“As the previous restaurant closed on December 31st, we have had the opportunity these past several weeks to completely renovate the space. We want to give it the prestige that Lleida deserves and that which corresponds to a catering service at one of the most important golf clubs in Catalonia”, explains José Ramón Gabás, president of the golf club.
